Philip Corcoran and Ash Street Cowboys
Welcome. Philip Corcoran sings in a folksy style while playing simple musical accompaniment on guitar or piano. Philip offers a repertoire of traditional folk songs, popular songs, and country music from about the years 1950 through 1980. Familiar music that everyone who lived through those decades enjoys and knows well. He also plays light classical, jazz and show tunes. Philip leads sing-alongs at retirement homes and he performs at family-friendly event shows such as farmers' markets and social clubs.

Philip also leads a band of musically talented friends, called Ash Street Cowboys. Philip and the Cowboys meet most weeks in Reading, Massachusetts, playing pop and classic country music. Please send an email if you'd like to sit in sometime. Older players are welcome. Basic music reading skills are suggested. Ash Street Cowboys is a sober band.
Philip and the Cowboys host a music party each year following Reading Porchfest. (Saturday, June 27 this year.)
